Mission
Alabaré Honduras is a group of heath care providers and assistants that share God’s gifts and their skills in the service of our brothers and sisters in Honduras.
Goals
We hope to provide human contact, care, love and meet basic medical and dental needs of the people of Honduras we are able to serve.

To treat all as worthy and deserving of respect as we provide care and healing.

To seek clarity and discernment is providing the best care to the greatest number of people possible particularly those in the need without the means to provide care for themselves.

To praise God and show the love he has shown us through our actions.

History
The Alabare’ Honduras mission team has been traveling to Honduras for more than thirty years. For most it was intended to be a single mission trip but became an annual expression of love and faith and an appreciation for God’ boundless Grace.

How we work
Why participate:
• you feel called to serve people in great need
• to build bridges of faith and love
What we do:
• set up and operate a medical and dental clinic
• provide dental and health education
• dispense medications
• partner with the community and local providers
• show the community residents they are seen and loved
• provide educational and practical experience to youth participants and medical/dental students
• hear devotions, sing songs of praise, work hard, laugh, make memories and friends.
Who can come:
• all with a heart to serve and heal; providers, helpers & workers
This group first assembled in 1993 and some in the group have made more than twenty of the mission trips. We work with Medical Ministry International to oversee team medical credentials, government compliance and insurance policies.
